Employee canteen

Healthy lunches, plenty of fruit and all the coffee/tea you can drink. To top it off, our office assistant Sanne is a baking enthusiast and likes to spoil us with freshly baked buns or cake on a weekly basis.

Monthly teambuilding

Each month Morningtrain sponsors a teambuilding event for all of our employees to strengthen our social togetherness. We have done paintball, golfing, bowling and full weekend trips, and obviously we have hosted a fair share of LANs.

1 hour of sport during working hours

Morningtrain treats 1 hour of physical activity as part of your work time each week. Here we compete and play all sorts of different sports.

From graduate to specialist

Morningtrain academy

You are probably not quite as young as George in the picture but exaggeration makes the point clear.

We are definitely not afraid to hire recent graduates or self-taught digital talents. We will provide you with the necessary training in the different tools and frameworks, which are often not taught at the university, so you will become a specialist within your digital field.

We provide 2 types of training courses:

The 18-month Trainee position: We offer this training position for new graduates or self-taught talents with little practical experience. You will get a mentor in your department, who will be in charge of your training by testing you with different tasks and problems.

The 12 months Apprentice position: This position is for new graduates and self-taught talents, who have some practical experience. This position is only 12 months, including mentoring, and afterward, you will be ready for a specialist position.

Both positions are full-time and paid.

Nadine Kohlbrenner German SEM Specialist

Nadine is our German Content Writer and Paid Ads specialist in our digital marketing department. Nadine is from Germany and has a Masters from the University of Southern Denmark.

Nadine came to Morningtrain in 2018, where she did an internship first and the she worked part-time while she finished her studies. In this period of time she was trained in Google Ads and SEO, and she accepted a full-time specialist position in June 2019.

"I wanted to work at Morningtrain, because of the great company culture and to improve my knowledge of the latest marketing tools and methods. A job pays you always twice – you get your normal salary, but you also get knowledge.

I think the most challenging part is the variedness of the projects I am working on. But I also appreciate the opportunity to challenge myself and to learn new things every day."

Teambuilding and sport

Teambuilding and sport is part of the culture

At Morningtrain we want to have a stimulating and physical work environment. Therefore, we have 1 hour of paid physical sports activity each week combined with 1 monthly teambuilding event. Besides that, we play soccer each Monday afternoon.

Our efforts to create a healthy and social workplace was recognized when we achieved a 2. prize as the "Healthiest Place to Work" in region of southern Denmark two years in a row.
